Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and pilot breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech showcases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies at scale
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and thought leadership
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
