Responsibilities

- Lead market research on emerging tech (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech innovation impact
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
