Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with venture capital partners
- Translate technical feasibility into business impact models for executive leadership
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at FAANG-scale organizations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnerships
