Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial solutions
- Establish strategic alliances with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision and progress to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and integration
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
