- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing and AI integration projects
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI-driven stakeholder reporting
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies in global markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to position company as thought leader in future tech trends
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling innovation budgets beyond $3M annually
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Experience navigating international tech regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CLOUD Act)
- Strong network within DARPA, WEF Tech Pioneers, or similar innovation ecosystems
