Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovation with long-term business objectives
- Architect pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 18-24 month commercialization horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
