Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on open-source future-tech initiatives
- Author thought leadership pieces for FutureTech Journal
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record launching products with 7-figure ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier conferences
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Validated network of 50+ VCs and academic collaborators
