- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with high ROI potential
- Create competitive intelligence reports on global tech advancements and their market implications
- Design technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against strategic milestones
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D roles
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech specialization
- Deep understanding of global tech trends including AI ethics, sustainable tech, and digital transformation
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
