Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Architect implementation strategies for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech sectors
- Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot programs for disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage technology risk assessment and mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
