Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech leaders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting our strategic direction
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating them into actionable plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, or sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
