Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and market trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision and growth targets
- Drive innovation through vendor partnerships, startup scouting, and open-source collaboration
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption and digital transformation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, AWS/GCP/Azure architect) preferred
