Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense) preferred
