Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and solutions
- Analyze competitive intelligence and patent landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype futuristic concepts
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy
