Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech innovations
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for emerging tech incubation and prototyping initiatives
- Present future-vision frameworks to Fortune 100 clients and regulatory bodies
- Build and lead specialized 'Future Labs' teams across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Author thought leadership publications on tech's societal impact and governance frameworks
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026-era innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated experience in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful tech commercializations with global impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and technology governance principles
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and government regulators
- Published author or speaker at top-tier tech conferences (e.g., TED, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
