Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies with market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop intellectual property portfolios through patentable innovation processes
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an innovation culture
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience scaling technical teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong business acumen with product commercialization success
- Published research or patents in relevant fields
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
