- Mentor senior engineers and PhD researchers in next-gen tech methodologies

- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or AI systems at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks and sustainable design principles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for futuristic projects
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts to actionable plans
- Certification in quantum machine learning or advanced AI governance preferred
