Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech architecture
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing
- Certification in quantum circuit design (IBM Qiskit or equivalent)
- Proven track record leading $5M+ R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST AI frameworks
