Key Objectives:
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Technology Strategy for 2026, detailing key milestones and resource requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies to forecast their impact on the industry.
- Oversee the pilot programs and prototypes for futuristic technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into current workflows.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with long-term tech investments.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Establish partnerships with tech startups and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting long-term tech trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive-level audiences.
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
