Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven track record in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management preferred
