Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year tech roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational vision
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous solutions
- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI in future ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing fundamentals or neuromorphic engineering
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech applications
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data visualization tools
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
