Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2028, anticipating industry disruptions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotechnology integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market expansion
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish patent portfolios and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network with academic institutions and R&D consortia
