Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technological roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (Web4, Neural Interfaces, Synthetic Biology)
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for proprietary innovations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products (2+ unicorn-scale exits preferred)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFS) or similar foresight methodology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in tech scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
