Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $10M innovation budget and vendor relationships
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between R&D, product, and marketing
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting our 2026 vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
