Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on next-gen technologies (Web4, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape evaluations for emerging sectors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and lead a global network of futurist advisors and academic partners
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, climate tech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market
