- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in AR/VR and biotech interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU research consortia
- Present technology forecasts to executive board with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Drive patent portfolio development for proprietary quantum algorithms
- Coordinate with ESG committee to align tech initiatives with UN sustainability goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user adoption
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (2019-2023)
