Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology strategies for 2026+ roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future tech applications
- Create financial models and ROI projections for strategic technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and financial modeling skills
