Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and investors through compelling narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Published thought leadership in future technology (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience leading global cross-disciplinary R&D teams
- Deep understanding of technological convergence implications
