Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Mentor innovation lab teams and drive patent development
- Oversee $20M+ annual R&D portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA with tech focus
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning abilities
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CTA, CTO) preferred
