- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU quantum research institutes
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and carbon-neutral tech ecosystems
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through federal grants and private equity channels
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech commercialization frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Sustainable Engineering
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2019-2024)
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum startups from prototype to IPO
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain DOE Q-level clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
