- Mentor a high-performing team of 12 engineers and researchers
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in senior leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Prior board-level presentations and investor relations success
