- Partner with venture labs to identify and acquire disruptive startups

- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurist certification
- Expertise in ESG tech frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
