- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Foster strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market analysis and technology trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation projects
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
