Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic frameworks for tech adoption across enterprise and consumer sectors
- Architect ethical guidelines for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global tech partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research or patents in future technology applications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of implemented innovation initiatives
