Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Active security clearance with experience in government tech initiatives
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 tech innovation committees
