Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum systems, and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 10x performance breakthroughs
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ annual tech incubation portfolio
- Author white papers on future tech trends and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for frontier tech
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
