Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS Quantum)
- Prior experience with agile methodologies for tech innovation
