Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and spatial web
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/metaverse/biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience securing $10M+ in technology innovation funding
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences
