Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent with 5+ years research
- Published work in top-tier journals (h-index >20) on quantum/AI convergence
- Expertise in NISQ algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative tech
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with experience in Qiskit or TensorFlow Quantum
- Track record of securing NSF/EU Horizon grants >$2M
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in at least two technical languages beyond English
