Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the proprietary 2026 technology stack, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Drive the research and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Immersive Media, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategic goals aligned with the company's vision for 2026.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
