Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of advanced AI algorithms and robotic frameworks targeting the 2026 vision roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision to solve complex, real-world problems.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams to integrate AI models into robust, scalable systems.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Patent Strategy: Drive the intellectual property strategy by identifying novel technologies and leading the patent filing process.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and present them to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and system latency to meet strict production requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development, machine learning, or robotics engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, reinforcement learning, and large language models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Innovation: A proven track record of innovation and the ability to think outside the box to solve unstructured problems.
