Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms and systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, focusing on scalability and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate future tech concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging hardware accelerators and neural network architectures.
- Oversee the integration of predictive AI models into our core product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
