Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 product launches, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing scalable, next-generation AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to bridge the gap between abstract concepts and viable products.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure system resilience, security, and scalability for global deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Quantum Algorithms.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated passion for forward-thinking technology and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
