- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Identify, assess, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable, future-proof system architectures that support rapid growth and integration of next-gen tools.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technical strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring engineering leads to think beyond current constraints.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical debt and architectural risks that could hinder 2026 scalability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or product management with a proven track record of leading high-level technical strategy.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and define strategies for the 2026 era.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and distributed systems.
