- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create a comprehensive vision for our technology stack leading up to the year 2026.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) that will be mainstream in 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure our 2026 goals are technically feasible.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to predict the next big shift for the 2026 era.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and talent towards high-impact projects that secure our position for the future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Deep understanding of AI and Automation trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast long-term industry shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate a compelling vision for the year 2026 to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
