Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to drive competitive advantage.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, strategists, and product managers.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee research and development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for innovative initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Process Improvement: Establish scalable frameworks for innovation and ensure agile methodologies are applied effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and emerging tech ecosystems relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
