Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that will define our products for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Spearhead the research and prototyping of next-generation technologies, including neural interfaces and autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to ensure technical feasibility aligns with business goals.
- Intellectual Property: Lead efforts to secure patents and publish research on groundbreaking discoveries.
- Global Vision: Analyze global tech trends to position FutureScale as a market leader in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technical roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement disruptive technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, open-ended problems.
