Responsibilities

- Identify market trends and technological disruptions that will impact our business strategy in the near future.
- Oversee the technical feasibility of high-impact R&D projects and prototype new innovations.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of forward-thinking and adaptability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, product management, or R&D within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and handling high-stakes projects.
- Deep understanding of next-gen computing paradigms, advanced AI models, and future UX/UI trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and technological readiness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to executive stakeholders.
