- Develop patentable solutions for climate modeling and carbon capture
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present breakthrough prototypes at Davos and CES 2026 forums
- Mentor PhD fellows in advanced machine learning architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ quantum/AI patents
- Proven track record scaling tech from lab to market (e.g., >$100M ARR products)
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge proof protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Security clearance or DOE lab experience preferred
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
