Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic product development with proven 5+ year foresight
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of launching minimum 3 disruptive products with >$50M impact
