- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD researchers and incubate 3+ new tech ventures annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
